Boot the device from the StageReady stick and type the code. The stick is a dumb messenger with no passwords, no client names, and no logic. It confirms which client it's provisioning for.

Windows installs itself
StageReady installs Windows 11 from bare metal, wiping the target disk. Start the job from inside an existing Windows instead and this step is skipped, along with the rest of the WinPE phase — everything from the installed OS onward still runs.
