Technician hours back. Credentials off the USB.
We don't sell features. We sell the end of babysitting laptops, and the end of admin passwords floating around on sticks.
True bare-metal
We install Windows itself, from a blank disk. No agent, no pre-imaged machine, no manual first boot.
A dumb USB stick
No passwords, no client data, no logic. Just a boot prompt asking for a code, so losing one is a non-event.
Automatic Autopilot
Every device registers into the client's Microsoft Autopilot without a technician doing it by hand.
Per-client, no chaos
One template, then a profile per client: layer add-ons, set your own values, inherit and store only what differs. No copied scripts.
Access isolation
Technicians only see the clients they're assigned to. Big teams stay cleanly segregated.
Audited forever
Every code, every step, every device, recorded permanently. Proof of work for every client.
Three steps. Under two minutes of hands-on time.
The technician generates a code, boots the device, and leaves. StageReady does the rest.
Generate a code
In the dashboard, pick the client and a setup profile. You get a one-time 6-digit code that works once and expires fast.
Boot the USB & enter it
Boot the laptop from the StageReady USB stick and type the code. Works on a new machine or one that already has Windows on it. The stick holds no passwords and no client data.
Walk away
Windows 11 installs, the device registers into the client's Autopilot, and region, language, keyboard and timezone are set. You watch it happen live in your dashboard.
You hold the keys to their clients. We treat that seriously.
Credentials never touch the USB or the device. They live only in Azure Key Vault, read for the seconds a job needs them. That's enforced by Azure, not just by our code.
Read the security storyOne-time, hashed codes
6-digit codes are single-use and short-lived. Only a hash is stored, never the code itself.
Credentials in Azure Key Vault
Client secrets live only in Azure Key Vault, read just-in-time. Never in our database, config, the USB, or the device.
Microsoft 365 sign-in
Technicians use their work account. Disable a leaver in your tenant and they lose access automatically, within the hour.
Nothing on the stick
A lost or stolen USB is a non-event. No passwords, no client names, no logic. Just a boot prompt asking for a code.
Intune runs the device. We get the device to Intune.
Intune has no OS install, and Autopilot needs the device registered before it can do anything. Everything between an unboxed laptop and that point is still manual. StageReady closes it, then hands a clean, registered machine to Intune, or ImmyBot, for the rest of its life.
