Privacy

A short, plain-language summary of how we handle data. This is an overview, not the final legal notice — the definitive policy will be published before general availability.

Where data is hosted

StageReady runs on Microsoft Azure in the European Union (Amsterdam). The application, database, and credential vault are all EU-hosted, and customer data is not replicated outside the EU.

Personal data

Device hardware identifiers (hardware hashes) are treated as personal data under the GDPR and protected accordingly. Client credentials are stored only in Azure Key Vault and are never placed in our database, in configuration, on the USB, or on the device.
